Today's my due days! 6 days old

Aizy is so sweet with Arlie. She is the perfect amount of interested in her. She wants to hold her a couple of times a day but only for a minute. She kisses her and likes seeing her awake. She does not like it when she's sad!

I had my stent taken out yesterday. It was horrible. Most painful 5 minutes of my life. We were on the way to the hospital with my mom and Aizy asked if we could get donuts. I said the donut place is closed and Aizy said "you could use your key." Haha if I had a key to the donut place we would be in trouble!!

Arlie is a good baby. She is sad when she's hungry or has an owie bum. We learned her bum hurt in the middle of the night with some serious screaming for too long. {She had over 10 dirty diapers that day so it's understandable!} She's a good eater and I am trying hard to make nursing work (I not successful with Aizy but I didn't try as hard.) She is happy to be held or not held, no preference ha.

Arlie Mae

She didn't want to come into the world quite so easily, but she sure is sweet!! (Poor baby has bruising because she came out so fast.)

Here's the record of what happened:
Checked in about 5:20 only one in labor and delivery!
Cytotech placed at 6:30. Had To lay for 2 hours. (1 hour off, monitor for 20, 40 off). 1 1/2 but soft.
Second one in at 10:40. Took 5mg ambien. Contractions about 3 minutes apart around 11.
2 and stretchy at 2:40. Went to the bathroom and contractions picked up. Waited til 3:40 to do the next dose.
Woke me at 6:15 to give me time off the monitor. Showered, make up, brush, etc. (Paul ran home to SSS) Ordered breakfast at 7:15. Back on monitor at 7:20.
Checked by dr Allen at 8:30. Still a 2. Another dose of cytotech.
Checked me again at 12:15. Baby's head dropped a lot. Started on pitocin at 12:25. Dose upped every 20-30 minutes.
Epidural in at 3. Checked at 3:55 still a 2 but baby engaged. Broke water. Napped.
Only a 3 at 6. Upped pitocin to 20 which is as high as they go at 7. Nurse asked if I felt pressure down there, paid attention and yes I do. Checked me at 7:20- I was a 9 1/2! She got the dr to double check that she was feeling it right. Started pushing at 7:30. She was born at 7:48. 7 lb 10 oz, 19 inches long.
Comparison of Aizy and Arlie (same weight, length, l&d room, and dr haha):

Baby induction

I have been at a 1 since 37 weeks (I'll be 39 tomorrow). And because of my stent, I will be going in to Labor and Delivery tomorrow at 5. I'll start with cytotech and hope that ripens my cervix (worked really well last time). Then, if needed, I'll get pitocin. I didn't need pitocin with Aizy, so we will see what happens this time!
We've fine in a few walks in an attempt to have my body do some progressing on it's own.
She said her hands were freezing and wore gloves while we helped make Mac and cheese!
She let me curl her hair Sunday because I curled mine. Love it!

Funny moments

Aizy is a funny kid haha. So before I forget-
*Today we were at Maryann's and she was in the garden picking veggies with her. On the way back they were holding hands and Aizy started skipping. Maryann asked her where she learned to skip and she said "Target." Haha what?!?
*She was reading a book in the car yesterday with a puppy. The puppy was "sleeping outside and started to freak out. It was freakin out," she said. Haha apparently I saw that often.
*She can say L and D and words that start with them, but dog and little are hard. She says wittle and goggie. I try to have her do "d d d dog." And "l l l little." Haha but it ends up "d d d gog." And "l l l wittle." Haha
*Paul had his septum fixed Friday and he been recovering. His nose looks bloody on the inside, which he showed to her. A couple of days after the surgery she asked me, out of the blue, if I had bloody boogers too. Thanks daddy!

*At Costco, they already have costumes out and she wanted to look at them. She saw all the princess ones, the witch one, (and wanted them all!) I asked her what costume she wants and she said "a rock star!" and played the air guitar. Where did she learn that?!
*She has really started to use her imagination. She has "friends" who sit by her in the car, horses that she shares her food with, and the conversations between her dollies are quite funny!
We got our nails done yesterday in preparation for a baby! She was a happy girl.

Fair day 2

Labor Day
{brittney told me I should go in to labor on Labor Day. It didn't happen. But I did pass 2 more stones.}
Started the day mowing the yard with daddy.
We ran into Sophia and Hyrum while we were in the ticket line. Haha funny daddies didn't fit in the monster trucks but the girls were too tiny to go alone.
Daddy and Aizy on the Ferris wheel.
His best selfie ever :)
In line for the dragon ride. So so cute
I brought a camping chair so I could sit at every ride. When we went Friday, with Retha, I was so uncomfortable after 4 hours. This time we were there for 6 hoes and I'm so so glad I had the chair.
Hyrum and Paul were racing. And I'm pretty sure Paul tried to cheat everytime.
She loved the petting zoo!
This is our only family picture from the fair haha. I wish we had gotten a better one!
This was Paul at the ATM. I looked over and watched Aizy doing somersaults haha. I started laughing out loud! (All by myself like a nut job). Who does that?! Haha silly girl.

Fair day 1

Aizy and I met up with Retha and Vaughn at the fair. I'm glad Vaughn was there, Aizy wasn't scared on the rides (except for one). If he wasn't there, I think it would have been a different story. She's not typically the most brave child haha.
Aizy liked the "sand" and tractors in the ag building.
And she lived the horses. She wanted to pet and ride them all!
This one is a mini horse. So tiny.
Milking a plastic cow
Haha this ride, they needed a responsible person with them. This girl volunteered.
Vaughn and his aunt Carissa are in the dragon, you just can't see them.
